We understand things change and we want to get you back to printing faster.
Below is our return policy on cancelling orders before items are posted and once received. We rarely get a return due to manufacturing error but we've included that as well.

Returns are eligible within 60 days of purchase
Opened Filament rolls are not eligible for return
Cancelling your order prior to it shipping.
You are free to change your mind, cancel your order and ask for a complete refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team to cancel an order priority to it shipping.
Returning your order once it has been received.
If you have received your order and it is in its original packaging, unopened then it is eligible for return. We will email you a shipping label to print to return it back to us.
Returns under Product Guarantee
If you believe our filament fails our Product Guarantee then we will replace it provided
- It hasn't been opened for more than 30days from purchase
- The roll has had minimal filament used (weighs more than 950grams.)
We will email you a shipping label to print to return it back to us. Once received you can chose between a replacement (express posted) or a refund.

Please be aware that depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 14 days. Refunds will be processed back through the payment method you purchased on. You can have your money refunded or used as a store credit.
